I’m Benjamin, a product designer based in Copenhagen. I work with interfaces and experiences with a focus on web applications.
I currently work as Head of Design & Product at Nosco. Nosco is a succesful Danish software and consultancy company that works with innovation and idea managment.
I am responsible for our software platform that allow people to submit and collaborate on ideas within an organisation. The Nosco platform has been used by over 250.000 people world-wide and clients include global enterprise companies like Heineken, Volvo, and Maersk.
I love simple design that solves a problem and creates real, measurable value. I make great efforts to infuse motivation, positiveness and a can-do-attitude to the people around me.
I am currently very inspired by design systems and the DesignOps movement promoted by the cool people at InVision.
I have no design education, but I have build and launched digital products for more than a decade. I have acquired real, hands-on experience as a designer and manager and made my fair shares of mistakes and wins. Mostly wins, of course.
